Before you apply
Before completing your application, please read the requirements for enrolling and the details on Admission to the IB Diploma Programme. Applications should be submitted by mid-June at the latest. The school year with examinations in 2027 begins on 14 August 2025 (Thursday).

Information you need to provide
The enrolment collects the following information about the student, their language background and their guardians:
- Personal data of the student: family name, first name, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, telephone, e-mail, postal address, current school and any comments on special circumstances
- Language background: German skills (no / intermediate / very good / fluent) and any other languages with skill level
- Data of guardian(s) or parent(s): name, date of birth, nationality, telephone (work and private), e-mail and postal address

Motivation letter
Your letter of motivation for joining the programme.
Report cards
Your two most recent report cards as individual PDF documents.
Subject choice
Your completed subject choice form.
Declaration of consent
Your signed declaration of consent.
List of schooling
A list of schools attended so far, indicating type of school and years of attendance.
Additional documents
Any additional documents (e.g. recommendation letters, awards) you wish us to consider, as individual PDF documents.
Regulations and fee
Applicants confirm that they have understood the school regulations, including the prohibition of bringing weapons, ammunition and comparable objects as well as chemicals into schools (RdErl. d. MK v. 6.8.2014 – 36.3-81 704/03).
By enrolling, students confirm their subject choices and understand that the cancellation of individual subjects on the part of the school might lead to a change of subjects. Applicants (or their legal guardians, if the applicant is under age) agree to pay the examination fees of approximately €510 within 30 days of invoicing.
